Sell FPGA board-related products and solutions.
Communicate with customers on software and hardware customization projects and build long-term customer relationships.
Gather market information for development boards, identify market demands, and provide customers with tailored solution recommendations.
Organize company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Assist the marketing team in formulating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a STEM field; experience in the FPGA industry is a plus.
Clear verbal communication and logical thinking; optimistic, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
Strong team collaboration skills and results-oriented mindset.
Proficient with Office software and capable of basic English reading and writing.
Base salary: RMB 8,000 – 13,000 per month, plus quarterly sales commission.
