Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare the hardware system design and detailed hardware design documents according to product requirements and specifications.

2. Take responsibility for component selection, schematic design, BOM preparation, functional debugging, and unit-level hardware testing.

3. Coordinate with vendors/service providers to complete PCB layout.

4. Produce design- and product-related project documentation.

5. Participate in maintenance and perform troubleshooting/issue localization for related products.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Physics, Communications Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in analog & digital circuit design, debugging, and development; able to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Solid experience in SI/PI (signal and power integrity) design and debugging — especially for high-speed circuits and multi-layer high-speed PCB designs.

4. Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits; familiar with common analog circuit designs, ADC/DAC, and various interface circuit topologies.

5. CET-4 (or equivalent) in English, and able to read English technical documentation independently.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork awareness, and strong communication skills.

7. Experience with FPGA hardware architecture and peripheral interface circuit product development is a plus.

Compensation

• Monthly salary: RMB 15,000 – 25,000
